I signed up to be a Mental Health Super Hero because the pandemic has had a catastrophic impact upon young people’s lives, I personally had to endure a time like no other and adapt to life which has made my own anxiety worse.  I want to help others in a similar situation.

I signed up for mental health superheroes as I feel it is one of the most important things to be at this time.  Youth mental health has been affected the most during the pandemic and I want to help as much as I can.  We have faced an unprecedented time and many have suffered mental health issues.

I’ve signed up to be a Mental Health Superhero as during lockdown my mental health was really down and there wasn’t much out there to help me so I think that helping with this would not only help myself when I need it but others in the same situation. 🙂
