Rewarding, recognising and incentivising young people's volunteering
Participation People believe in supporting young people to be the best they can be. To do that, we ensure everyone we work with thinks through how to incentivise, reward and acknowledge young people’s time.
This policy is incorporated into every project we run and has been co-produced with our young people. We wanted to share it so you could use it too!
