Despite challenges such as financial insecurity, mental health pressures, and limited job prospects, young voices have shaped policies, informed brands, and co-created services that truly meet their needs. Our latest Impact Report celebrates these achievements, highlighting the incredible contributions of young people, our clients, and partners.
2023-2024 Highlights
- Youth-Led Projects: 891 young people dedicated over 14,000 volunteer hours to 58 campaigns in healthcare, digital inclusion, heritage, and conservation.
- Accreditations: 242 young people earned Level 3 AQA certifications, building leadership skills and confidence.
- Professional Training: 412 professionals trained in youth engagement models, driving measurable outcomes through youth input.
- One-to-One Support: 334 sessions helped young people overcome social anxiety and mental health challenges.
- Youth as Advocates: Through 14 co-hosted keynotes, we reached 1,673 professionals, inspiring sectors to integrate youth perspectives.
Sector Impact
- Corporate: Youth Hackathons and Listening Labs bridged the gap between brands and young customers, fostering loyalty and co-creating relevant products.
- Healthcare: Collaborating with NHS Midlands, we integrated youth perspectives across 11 Integrated Care Systems, influencing digital health, mental health services, and care transitions.
- Public Sector: 58 youth-led campaigns empowered 891 young people to address local issues and influence policy.
- Arts & Sport: Training initiatives with English Heritage and Laureus Sport for Good ensured engaging, youth-focused programmes with an 87% retention rate.
