2-3 Degrees started as an idea on the back of a napkin in a restaurant and has grown into a team of 15 people and a bustling central London office. They specialise in helping young people develop the practical life skills we all wished we learned when we were younger, such as confidence building, overcoming the fear of failure, maximising opportunities, and public speaking.

As a growing organisation, the two co-founders, Carl and Azzees, recognised that to step up to the next level they would need advanced executive coaching to drive further growth. After seeking a consultant who aligned with their mission to empower young people with practical life skills, they reached out to Participation People CEO Antonia to invite her to be a coach and business mentor.
